The Platform Het Grote Wooninitiatief (The Great Initiative for Homes – “Hoooming”) is owned by Vital License B.V. and operated by Hoooming B.V. (Chamber of Commerce no. 94392366).
The website, applications, and other digital services of Hoooming – excluding certain (hyper)links to external parties – are the intellectual property of Vital License B.V. Use, reproduction, or storage of these materials is not permitted without prior written consent, except for strictly personal and non-commercial purposes.
2. Information and Accuracy
Hoooming takes great care to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the information provided on its platforms. Nevertheless, inaccuracies or omissions may occur. Hoooming does not guarantee that the content is complete, error-free, or always up to date.
3. References and Links
Our platform may contain references to third-party websites, for example through hyperlinks or metatags. These references are provided for informational purposes only. Hoooming has no control over the content, availability, or quality of such websites and accepts no liability in this regard.
4. Liability
Hoooming is not liable for damages resulting from the use of its platforms or the information provided thereon, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to €1,000 per incident.

A one-time registration fee of €10 is charged for registering on the platform. The current conditions are published on the website.
7. Termination of Registration
Members may terminate their registration through the channels provided on the platform. Upon a valid request for deregistration, personal data will be deleted within 14 days, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
8. Amendments
Hoooming may amend this Disclaimer. Amendments will be published on the platform and take immediate effect.
9. Relation to Other Documents
By registering and using the platforms, the Member agrees to this Disclaimer, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.
