Applicability<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms of Use apply to all offers, agreements, and the use of the website, applications, and digital services of Hoooming &#8211; The Great Initiative for Homes (<em>Het Grote Wooninitiatief<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. User<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>By using the services of the Platform, the User accepts these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Use of the Platform and Services<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1 The User must act responsibly and in compliance with the law.<br>3.2 The following actions are strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>infringing intellectual property rights of Hoooming or third parties,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>distributing unlawful, misleading, or harmful material,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bypassing or disabling security measures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Intellectual Property<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 All rights on the website and its content are owned by Hoooming or its licensors.<br>4.2 Use, reproduction, copying, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. User-Generated Content<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1 The User grants Hoooming a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use material posted by the User for the operation and promotion of the services.<br>5.2 Hoooming may remove material if it is unlawful or in violation of these Terms of Use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Liability<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1 Hoooming is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.<br>6.2 To the extent permitted by law, Hoooming\u2019s liability is limited to \u20ac1,000 per incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Amendments<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoooming may amend these Terms of Use. Amendments will be announced at least 30 days in advance via the website or by email to registered Users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Governing Law<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
