These Terms of Use (hereinafter: “Terms”) apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and other legal relationships involving Het Grote Wooninitiatief, located at Klinknagelstraat 8, 3089 JP Rotterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 94392366.

The Terms also apply to all current and future affiliated companies of Het Grote Wooninitiatief, as well as all platforms managed by Het Grote Wooninitiatief, including websites (hoooming.com, hetgrotewooninitiatief.nl), mobile applications, and other digital or online services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platforms”).

“Affiliated companies” refers to all entities that are directly or indirectly controlled by, owned by, or under common control with Het Grote Wooninitiatief.

By using our Platforms, creating an account, or entering into an agreement with us, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Declaration and the Cookie Policy, and other additional regulatory documents published by Het Grote Wooninitiatief. If you do not agree with these Terms, we request that you do not use our Platforms and services.

Het Grote Wooninitiatief reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms without prior notice. The changes take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. The announcement will be made by publication on our Platforms and/or by sending a notification via email to all registered users. You irrevocably accept these changes if you continue to use the Platform after the changes. We advise you to regularly review these Terms.

To What Do the Terms of Use Apply?

These Terms apply to all agreements, all offers, and all products and services of Het Grote Wooninitiatief unless otherwise indicated. Deviations from these Terms are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing with you.

Your Rights and Obligations

As a user of our Platforms, you must act responsibly and avoid any illegal, disruptive, or immoral behavior. Specifically, you are prohibited from. Specifically, you are prohibited from:

• Making unlawful or misleading statements;
• Distributing prohibited material;
• Circumventing or removing security measures.

Intellectual Property

Our Platforms and their materials are copyrighted. You may download one copy for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or other exploitation of our Platforms or their materials is prohibited. Het Grote Wooninitiatief’s trademarks may not be used without permission. Non-compliance may result in claims for damages.

Material

By posting material (photos, texts, videos, etc.) on our Platforms or through its partners, you grant Homing permission to use it for commercial and publicity purposes, including on non-Het Grote Wooninitiatief affiliated sites. Het Grote Wooninitiatief can also remove posted material as outlined in the ‘Notice & Takedown Procedure.’ Het Grote Wooninitiatief is not responsible for user-generated content like reviews, which do not reflect its views.

Notice & Takedown Procedure

If you think any material on our Platforms is illegal, email us at [email protected] with the following details:

• Your full name, email address and telephone number.
• The exact URL and any additional information needed to locate the material.
• Reasons why you believe the material is unlawful.
• A statement confirming your claims are accurate and submitted in good faith.

Once we receive your complete notification, we’ll acknowledge it and verify its details. We may request more information if needed. We will review the material and inform you of our decision and any appeal options. If we find the material illegal and remove it, we’ll notify the affected party with reasons for our decision.

How Does Het Grote Wooninitiatief Handle Your Personal Data?

The Privacy Policy explains how Het Grote Wooninitiatief uses the personal data collected about you through the Het Grote Wooninitiatief platform and how you can exercise your rights regarding this data. Liability and Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Het Grote Wooninitiatief against third-party claims related to:

What Law Applies to These Terms of Use?

These Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute concerning these Terms or your use of our Platforms will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
