1. Definitions
- Hoooming – The Great Initiative for Homes: the organization offering the Share & Save Plan.
- Participant: a natural person aged 18 years or older who has validly registered with the Platform The Great Initiative for Homes and participates in the Share & Save Plan. Participation by legal entities, business parties, employees, and partners of Hoooming is excluded.
- Share & Save Plan the rewards program that allows Participants to invite others to register with the Platform.
- Savings Credit: the reward granted to a Participant under the Share & Save Plan, redeemable only within the Platform.
- Referral Link: the unique link provided to a Participant to recruit new Participants.
2. Conditions for Participation
2.1 Participation is only open to existing registered Participants of The Great Initiative for Homes.
2.2 Legal entities, business parties, employees, and partners of Hoooming are excluded from participation.
3. Operation of the Share & Save Plan
3.1 A referral is deemed successful once the referred person registers with name, email address, password, and has paid the one-time registration fee.
3.2 Savings Credit is granted after confirmed registration and payment.
3.3 If a registration is canceled or disputed, the corresponding Savings Credit will be revoked.
4. Rewards
4.1 For each successful referral, the Participant receives €100 Savings Credit.
4.2 Savings Credit is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Restrictions
5.1 Automated, misleading, or inappropriate recruitment methods are prohibited.
5.2 Publication of Referral Links on websites or platforms that are unlawful or offensive is not permitted.
5.3 Participants may only invite persons with whom they have an existing personal relationship.
6. Privacy
Hoooming processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and its Privacy Policy.
7. Duration and Termination
7.1 The Share & Save Plan runs for an indefinite period.
7.2 Hoooming may terminate or amend the Share & Save Plan with 30 days’ prior notice.
8. Violations
Misuse of the the Share & Save Plan may lead to exclusion from participation and revocation of unused Savings Credit.
9. Liability
9.1 Hoooming is not liable for damages arising from participation in the Share & Save Plan, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
9.2 To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount of Savings Credit accrued by the Participant.
10. Amendments
Hoooming may amend these Terms and Conditions. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
